Miss Alma

Miss Alma joined the Co-op in 2023 as a Mom in our Time with My Toddler program.  The following year Alma's daughter joined Mrs. Franco's class and Miss Alma immediately showed her joy working with the children as she co-oped regularly in the classroom.  In January 2025 Miss Alma joined our substitute team and continued to impress with her patience along with her intuition and understanding of the needs of children. 

When looking for a permanent Assistant Teacher for the 2025 -2026 school year, Miss Alma was a natural choice.  Before working at TFCP Miss Alma studied Child Development at Brookdale College and continues to take courses in Early Childhood Education.  Miss Alma is a wonderful addition to our TFCP family, and we are so happy to have her working with Miss Jess in our 3–4-year-old classroom.
